I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were pre-stocked with snacks and drinks, spacious, and super comfortable, making it a cozy retreat. The service from the valet staff was top-notch, especially when they switched our room to accommodate our family of 5. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Louisville, although there were some minor disappointments. The dining experience was outstanding with a delicious variety of options. Overall, a great value for the money with some room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, fresh-smelling, and came with a wide variety of snacks daily, but it seemed like they had not been vacuumed before our arrival. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster, with some staff being incredibly helpful and friendly, while others seemed clueless about ongoing issues. The location was fantastic, close to many attractions and restaurants, but the self-park garage and handling of valet parking raised some concerns. The dining experience, although not extremely tasty, was saved by the friendly staff. Overall, a place with potential, but some areas need improvement.
